- Three-stage progressive round blade sequence (upper passive, lower active):
- • 1st blade set: precisely cuts the first 40% depth
- • 2nd blade set: progresses an additional 40% depth (total 80%)
- • 3rd blade set: cleanly cuts through for complete separation
- Ultra-low mechanical cutting stress: multi-stage gentle cutting generates significantly less stress than single-blade cutters, preventing SMD micro-cracks.
- Component clearance envelope: permits components up to 20 mm on the top side and 20 mm on the bottom side, ideal for surface-mount LEDs and drivers.
- Continuously adjustable depaneling speed from 0 to 300 mm/sec, handling PCB thickness from 0.4 to 2.0 mm (V-cut required, residual approx. 1/3A) with unlimited length.
- Optimized for LED strips: accommodates board widths up to 40 mm; stainless steel guide platform features adjustable stoppers and custom length options.
- Variable motor speed control combined with independent vertical height adjustment on the upper blades ensures optimal cutting engagement.
