The ICF-100 is a continuous roller-press DIP IC lead straightener that aligns an entire tube of ICs in just 3 seconds (~1,000 pcs/hr). Patented knob adjustment enables seamless span tuning from 0.3" to 0.75" (300–750 mil) without changing rails, eliminating insertion jams caused by bent leads.

The ICF-106 utilizes precision punching dies to straighten DIP IC leads in 7 seconds per tube with extreme pitch stability, accommodating small ICs with only 2 pins per side. Supplied with 0.3" and 0.6" rails, custom variations are available for lead cutting (106C) and standoff kinking (106K).
