- Features an upper-passive and lower-active round pizza-slider blade mechanism that smoothly follows the V-groove for burr-free cuts.
- Broad substrate compatibility: fully capable of depaneling both standard FR4 fiberglass boards and pre-scored metal-core aluminum PCBs.
- Generous component height clearances: accommodates components up to 35 mm high on the top side and 15 mm on the bottom side.
- Dual-axis precision calibration: blades are finely adjustable both in vertical height and horizontal alignment for exact V-groove centering.
- Standard feed direction from left to right, with an optional reversible dual-direction motor available upon request.
- Flexible processing envelope: handles PCB thicknesses of 0.4 ~ 2.0 mm (V-groove residual thickness approx. 1/3A), width up to 160 mm, with unlimited board length.
- Modular optional platforms: available with optional extended platform, extended & widened platform (168mm+), or motorized conveyor belt platform.
