The RT-86F features the RT-10 loose hopper to process both taped (43,000 pcs/hr) and loose (7,200 pcs/hr) axial components into vertical stand-up configurations. Tool-free mode changeover eliminates manual sorting, and it can be expanded into the automated flagship RT-90F with a vibratory bowl.

- Automatic loose-part feeder eliminates manual placement, boosting throughput for loose vertical-mount resistors.
- Precision 180-degree vertical bending forming pitch (P) 2.5 ~ 13.5 mm for high-density PCB mounting.
- Bending R-angle 1~3 mm, cut lead length (B) 2~12 mm, support lead (H) < 25 mm, shoulder (C) > 3.5 mm.
- Independent rotary disc cutters impart zero axial tension and prevent lead damage or body scoring.
- Tool-free fast changeover between taped and loose component feeding and dimension settings.
- Modular upgrade capability: can be upgraded to the flagship automated vertical former RT-90F by attaching the VP-87 bowl feeder.
