The RT-86 is equipped with an RT-10 loose hopper to seamlessly accommodate both taped (43,000 pcs/hr) and loose (7,200 pcs/hr) axial resistors on a single machine. Its smooth feeding track eliminates manual placement, and it can be upgraded to the flagship automated RT-90 with a vibratory bowl.

- Smooth loose-part feeding rail eliminates manual hand placement, dramatically increasing batch productivity for loose resistors.
- Simple operation and easy changeover between taped bandoleer feeding and loose part feeding without special tooling.
- Independent rotary disc cutters offer extended lifespan without scoring or damaging leads and component bodies.
- Fully adjustable dimensions: forming pitch (P) 6~40 mm, lead length (B) 3.5~15 mm, body length (A) 3.5~37.6 mm.
- Available variants: Standard (RT-86), Slim lead (RT-86S), Heavy-duty wire (RT-86W, Ø0.8~Ø1.2 mm), and Linear cut-only (RT-86L).
- Modular upgrade capability: can be further upgraded to the flagship automated model RT-90 by attaching the VP-87 bowl feeder.
