The RT-80F is a manual hand-crank vertical axial lead former delivering up to 50,000 pcs/hour for 180° upright stand-up PCB insertion. Precision dies produce gentle 1–3 mm bend radii preventing lead fatigue, with full compatibility to upgrade into the motorized RT-82F anytime.

- Hand-crank vertical axial lead bender, designed for stand-up mounting on high-density printed circuit boards.
- Driven manually by hand crank; portable and robust without electrical power needed (Capacity up to 50,000 pcs/hr).
- Specialized vertical bending: bends one lead 180 degrees into a vertical stand-up configuration with pitch (P) 2.5 ~ 13.5 mm.
- Flexible adjustment for high-shoulder narrow-pitch or low-shoulder wide-pitch; bending R-angle 1~3 mm prevents crystal fatigue.
- Independent rotary disc cutters and vertical dies impart zero axial tension and cause no scratches on component leads.
- Vertical cut lead length (B) 2~12 mm, support lead (H) < 25 mm, body length 3.6~18 mm, body diameter 1.5~6 mm.
- Modular upgrade capability: can be upgraded to motorized RT-82F at any time by adding the optional MT-1 motorized drive unit.
