The SPXXXX series consists of industrial rectangular solder pots (SP-100 through SP-500) designed for dipping transformer coils, wire harnesses, and large circuit assemblies. Its heavy-duty crucible provides uniform thermal distribution and stable digital temperature control to minimize dross formation.

- Full Leaded & Lead-Free Range: Comprehensive sizes including 1015, 1318, 1520, 1825, 2030, 3040, 3047, 3050, 4050, and 4060, all offered in both leaded and lead-free configurations.
- Heavy-Duty Pure Titanium Bath: Lead-free models feature extra-thick pure titanium or premium stainless steel pots, highly resistant to corrosive erosion by lead-free solder alloys.
- Symmetrical Heating Element Array: Multiple high-wattage stainless steel heating elements evenly distributed across the bottom provide rapid ramp-up and uniform thermal profile.
- Cast Iron Rectangular Models Available: Also features KC-1020HS1/S2 (100×200×50mm) and KC-1035HS1/S2 (100×350×50mm) cast iron pots, ideal for transformers and enameled wire tinning.
