The SMT-401 is a semi-automatic desktop SMD pick-and-place machine combining a high-resolution CCD optical vision system with a sensitive pneumatic vacuum nozzle. Guided by an ergonomic manipulator arm, operators place fine-pitch chips, SOPs, and QFPs rapidly with fatigue-free accuracy.
